Drivers of VIPs and dignitaries are more than simple car drivers: they have a responsibility that is proportional to the status of their passenger employer.
The security driver in the performance of his duties often takes charge of transporting relatives of the
employer as well. Their safety does not depend solely on the driver’s skill, but also on the driver’s
awareness of the risks and threats at a given location.
The lead driver must have at least theoretical training, on what security drivers must and can do to
reduce the risk exposure of their passengers.
